Terms of Services

1. General Information:
▫️ By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.
▫️ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request that I feel uncomfortable with or is outside my skill set.2. Payment:
▫️ Full payment is required upfront before I begin any work.
▫️ Payment will be accepted through Paypal.
▫️ I will not begin work until the payment is confirmed.3. Process:
▫️ Once the order is confirmed, I will provide a rough sketch for approval.
▫️ After your approval of the rough sketch, I will proceed to the final stages (line art, coloring, and any additional details).
▫️ Revisions can be made to the rough sketch. However, once the final artwork begins, only minor changes (such as color adjustments) will be allowed. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.4. Turnaround Time:
▫️ Estimated delivery time will depend on the complexity of the project and the current workload. Typically, it ranges from 7 - 20 days.
▫️ If a deadline is discussed, I will do my best to meet it, but please communicate clearly about your needs.5. Refund Policy:
▫️ No refunds after the final artwork is delivered. However, if I have not started the project, I will issue a full refund upon request.
▫️ Refunds will not be given if the project is canceled after the rough sketch has been approved.6. Usage Rights:
▫️ The client will have personal usage rights for the artwork (for personal, non-commercial purposes) after the commission is completed and delivered.
▫️ The artwork is not to be used for commercial purposes (e.g., on merchandise, for advertising) unless specified and agreed upon in advance. A separate commercial usage agreement can be discussed.7. Copyright and Ownership:
▫️ I retain the copyright to the artwork.
▫️ The client may not alter, reproduce, or claim the artwork as their own unless granted permission by me.
▫️ The client may request a license for commercial use if applicable (for an additional fee).8. Credit:
I ask that you credit me as the artist when sharing the artwork online. A link to my portfolio or social media is greatly appreciated.9. Cancellations:
▫️ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time if necessary (e.g., if the client fails to respond or provide adequate feedback).
▫️ In case of cancellation by the client after the rough sketch, a partial refund may be provided based on the work completed.10. Communication:
▫️ Clear and timely communication is essential throughout the process. If there are any specific requests or changes you want, please inform me early on to avoid delays.
▫️ I will keep you updated with progress and send the rough sketch for approval before moving forward.11. Rights to Decline:
▫️ I reserve the right to decline any commissions that involve offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
▫️ The commission request must align with my personal values and artistic interests.12. Privacy:
Personal information shared for the commission will not be shared with third parties, and I will use your details solely for the purpose of the artwork commission.---By agreeing to these terms, you understand and acknowledge the process, payment requirements, and rights regarding the illustration commission.
